She started as an external auditor with PWC for five years followed by a distinguished career in Banking & Finance for the next 20 years, having held senior positions in UBS and subsequently at Credit Suisse and RBSCoutts Bank Limited. Her areas of experience and expertise include strategy & planning, business & change management, finance, people development and communications.
Jean draws from her corporate experiences in her coaching engagements. She leverages on specific profiling tools to help clients with heightening their self-awareness and thereby enabling them to sharpen their strengths and work on the developmental opportunities. She also focuses on supporting her clients with stakeholder relations through third party interviews and feedback. Jean lends deep discernment to her clients’ issues while challenging and supporting them, determined to see her clients consistently achieve coaching outcomes by following through on coaching goals and commitments. Her clients have benefited significantly from her effective and inspiring coaching and leadership.
For leisure, Jean loves to travel and being exposed to new places, people and cultures. She reads widely for interest and to stay relevant for her clients.
